Full re-texture and AcraShield re-coat with new feature colour

The rendered surfaces on this Cottesloe home had weathered unevenly from age and environmental exposure, and the original colour scheme had dated. The whole exterior was re-textured to restore a consistent surface.

It was then re-coated in the Dulux AcraShield system in accordance with the manufacturer's product specification, with the owners taking the opportunity to change the feature colour on the front walls — a sharper, cleaner contrast against the white body colour.
