Years of salt, wind and moisture had left the render on this coastal home patchy and stained, with rust marks and weathering showing clearly across the front boundary wall.
The rendered surfaces were re-textured in full, then re-coated in the Dulux AcraShield system in accordance with the manufacturer's product specification. The owners also took the chance to change the colour, moving from the tired grey to a warm off-white across both the house and the walls.
