Facade crack repair and full re-texture
A nasty crack had opened along the front facade from substrate movement. The damaged render was cut out and replaced, then the home was fully re-textured and finished in Dulux AcraShield.
Substrate movement had pulled a long crack across the front of this North Beach home. Patching alone would have left the repair visible, so the affected render was removed back to sound material and replaced.
Once the repair had cured, the facade was re-textured in full so the finish reads as one continuous surface, then coated in the Dulux AcraShield system in accordance with the manufacturer's product specification.
